Mabel’s Tearoom

The Mabel MacKinlay Tearoom was originally started in 1942 as a non-profit making service to support the comfort and care of patients of the Glasgow Royal Infirmary. The tearoom is still going strong and today all profits made by the tearoom fund the Dorcas Charitable Trust with its activities within the Glasgow Royal Infirmary.

In recent years the Tearoom underwent a massive refurbishment to bring it up to date and to ensure that the tearoom could continue to serve the patients and staff within the hospital. If you are nearby pop in and say hi to the staff and grab a roll and a coffee.
